"Flores Rotas" (Broken Flowers) was an oil painting project that withered over time. It was a tribute to classical portraiture and still lifes. With this series of works, I wanted to reflect on what flowers mean in our society, their value and the role they play in our relationships. To close this cycle, I have gathered in these 194 pages all the work, along with the photos I was taking during the process. This limited, signed and exclusive edition* also includes some reflections, photos of my art studio during the process and the exhibitions with We Collect Gallery where some were lucky enough to see the work live.
